Candidate Assessment

We evaluate each candidate by analyzing:

Position Compatibility – defines personality type and professional behavior to ensure work-environment comfort

Performance Management – measures the candidates leadership skills, problem solving ability, communication and decision making style, and motivational factors

Professional Development – probes candidate’s strengths and weaknesses, evaluates candidate’s ability to leverage his/her strengths to manage weaknesses and explores how the candidate may grow over time

Technical Skills – determines operational aptitude necessary to perform certain job specifications

Mentoring and Coaching – assesses candidate’s ability to communicate knowledge and support individuals, teams, and organizations in
their development
